Optional support: £500 + VAT the equivalent of up to 1 day of telephone and email support and/or mid project meeting

Phoenix to undertake review of all client forms, prepare all policies and procedures and guide the designated Compliance team member(s) through the process.
NB: Clients would still need to to undertake the key internal reviews and "Consent" engagement and preparation of the Data Protection Policy themselves.
£250 + VAT pa
to retain password access to the site and receive any updates on the regulation or updated templates if any EU changes require this. Payable annually or monthly by DD or SO.
£500 + VAT
option for Phoenix to undertake an audit review with client one full year post GDPR Compliance implementation.
