Sometimes there is a skillset shortage or a manpower/time shortage as many organisations simply do not have the benefit of multiple departments waiting to drive necessary change, however, that doesn’t mean the changes can’t happen.
Phoenix was set up with the aim of helping businesses in the South be able to tap into key skills on an ad hoc project basis to help achieve growth. With 16 years experience working for a dynamic, demanding and expanding national recruitment firm, controlling 6 integral support functions and 5 further years guiding and building a local charity working closely with the Board, Fundraising and Finance teams we can draw on a wealth of skills to help any business realise their next stage of development.
